Furrow Pump has a 15-day return policy for all unopened items placed online via furrowpump.com. The 15-day policy starts once you receive your item.
You pay only return shipping costs – there is never a restocking fee or hidden costs. Once the item is received at the factory, it will be inspected and when determined to be in new condition, a full refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment. If the returned product is received damaged, a charge may apply.
