Seametrics WMP and WMX Magnetic Full-Line Meters

The Full-Line Seametrics WMP Series Plastic-Bodied Magmeters, the WMP Series Flanged Magmeters, and the iMAG Series Flanged Electromagnetic Flowmeters (Magmeters) are economical and as simple as mechanical meters.

The WMP series are available for 1″ to 3″ pipe and are commonly used in industrial wastewater discharge monitoring, cooling tower deduct metering, heap leach mining discharge monitoring, well monitoring and turf and landscape water monitoring. They are light weight and easy to install or remove from the pipe for inspection.

The WMX series are for use with 4″ to 10″ pipe in municipal or industrial water and wastewater, in cooling tower water treatment and well usage reporting applications.   The iMAG are used in 3″ to 12″ pipe for municipal or industrial water, wastewater, pump stations and packaged plant applications.

The iMAG series is the first magmeter to incorporate Seametrics’ EcoFloMAG Technology.  This new technology will provide customers with a flexible platform that will be integrated across all future Seametrics electromagnetic flow meter products.  Features of the iMAG Series include:  field programmability and have user-friendly interface and modular hardware;  they are NSF 61-G certified, IP68 rated and backed by Seametrics’ 2-year warranty; units have minimum straight pipe requirements and can have mounted or remote rate and total display.

These units require minimal straight pipe requirements allow for piping configurations where there is little space between the meter and piping elbows.  With no moving parts and electrodes designed to discourage fouling, there is much less frequent maintenance and downtime due to bearings and rotor wearing out so repair costs are kept to a minimum.
